Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is free from any signs of wear.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop your package off at any authorized Australia Post location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your new exchange size within 5 business days.
